Paradise is a 7-map (5 main + 2 secret maps) GZDoom episode, packaged together with a custom gameplay mod crafted specifically for these maps. You do not need to read the mountain of text below to play the mod, but if you’re interested in getting a primer on all the gameplay changes before playing, go right ahead!
Tangled vines wind through crumbling limestone, serving as still markers under a misty sky. The stark tranquility belies something fell and horrible... for how long have you clutched the cold grip of your rifle? Lead forward by your own bloodlust and fervor; that lilywhite lilith.
Lilywhite Lilith is a 10-map episode for limit-removing ports made by members of Doomer Boards. The set features 9 regular maps, and 1 monsterless progression-stopper. @Jaxxoon R is the overlord to bow to :)
Entropy is a large and challenging Boom compatible (cl9) slaughter map with a gold and orange theme. There are two main routes to take from the start, one for plasma and the other for rockets, both must be completed in order to finish the map, so your decision wont leave you without one weapon. There are 3 new keycards that replace the skull keys, each of which will require you to beat a difficult encounter to get. Once you have all 3 you can get the BFG and will be rewarded with something...else. The map has been completed without BFG and without secrets to ensure it is balanced. Many of the fights will require some puzzling out before you can complete them. Sometimes this means simply pushing a switch when you otherwise wouldn't and other times it can mean something else entirely.
This is a long and difficult map, but the other difficulties have been balanced in the hopes that people will use them. I would highly recommend that people play this map in a GL port like GLBoom or GZDoom as there are a few spots wher
A Final Doomer-esque mod starring a battlescarred badass with ridiculous firepower! While not as overpowered as Russian Overkill or Baradoom, it makes Plutonia less of a bullshit challenge, while adding a few challenges of its own. Mancubus fireballs burst into a hail of flame, revenant rockets are a little faster and home better but can be shot out of the air if your aim is good (and grabbed too!) Cyberdemon rockets are faster and can also be grabbed, but only if your timing's just right.
UnBeliever is a three-episode, vanilla Heretic megaWAD where each episode offers a different gameplay experience and are designed to be played in any order. E1 has lots of gimmicky combat scenarios, mostly focused on Heretic's unique gadgets. E2's maps are ultra short and action- packed, built with only 100 linedefs a piece. And E3's trials require quick thinking and quicker reflexes.
Death Strike is an old school horizontal shoot em up with four levels packed with action, made to look like a potential arcade release in the late eighties.
