Sign of Torment is unique in comparison to mainstream wads, so it might be something that was never done before.
It utilizes features not commonly used in Boom maps, like silent teleports, friction, or jumppads.
The wad follows usage of red, white and black colors through episodes. To put simply the main theme color in Episode 1 is red, in Episode 2 is white,
and in Episode 3 is black.

Skinship is a large map for GZDoom with four new custom monsters, replacements for the cacodemon, imp, hellknight and baron of hell. They were all taken from realm667 and modified by me for balance's sake. Freelook is recommended. Dynamic lights should be turned on. Otherwise, important switches could be missed.
Team Rocket comprises AD_79, Dragonfly, Jimmy and MTrop, four experienced Doom mappers who together will be working round the clock to reach the goal of 32+ full levels for Doom 2, averaging 8 maps each. Through their combined efforts, and the encouragement of you, the viewer, they hope to run for around 24 hours (but most likely a bit less!).
Nobody Told Me About id is a love letter from DOOM fans to the iconic trinity of Build Engine games; Duke Nukem 3D, Blood and Shadow Warrior. Whether it be ludicrous gore or explosions, NTMAi tries its best to faithfully replicate all things Build on DOOM while also enhancing the base gameplay. MAYhem 2019: Blood for the Doom God! is a 19-level megawad for MBF-compatible source ports, created in May 2019 by members of the Doomworld forums. It is the eighth installment of the MAYhem series, and was led by James Caldwell (Obsidian).
The megawad includes textures from Blood and Clive Barker's Undying, and as such, most maps carry a darker, horror-esque atmosphere. Additionally, the WAD features very extensive DeHackEd work, adding custom weapons, items and a wide range of custom monsters as well as new sprites for some of the original monsters
Ray Mohawk is a 100% vanilla-compatible mini-episode for Doom 2. 6 maps of fun and sun to blaze through - engaging, but never unfair. Despite having a bit of a beachy theme, these maps are mostly Classic Doom, just like momma used to make, but with a dash of palm trees, bright blue skies and a cruisy, light-hearted soundtrack.
Each map is independent and should be done from pistol start. Contains a bunch of new monsters and one new weapon (all taken from various sources, nothing original yet.)
Dungeons and Demons is an 8-map limit-removing episode for Doom II from various members of Doomer Boards. In the words of adventuresmith @xvertigox, this month's project lead, Dungeons and Demons "is an one shot DND campaign played one slow Sunday afternoon on a dingy UAC base. Can you find the Daikantana Staff and make it out with your life? Will you try to take on the BBEG too early and end up having to re-roll your character? Grab your die and lets find out."
Halo: Reach Evolved is a sandbox overhaul of Halo: Reach that brings in certain aspects from the original trilogy of Halo games, re-balances the Legendary Campaign difficulty, edits some of the Campaign encounters, introduces brand new content, and alters the weapons and vehicles to give each tool of destruction their own distinct niche in the game.
January Jump Jam 2 is a map jam-pack made of 15 acrobatic maps, built with the base-themed Alkaline mod kit (included in the download) which adds a "jump boots" powerup for mid-air jumps.
Some of the maps are quite difficult. Expect floating platforms, bottomless pits, and void maps.
